This category includes photographs which show weapons used during the Rising. You can see weapons made by the insurgents themselves - flame throwers, petrol bombs and Błyskawica submachine guns, all manufactured by underground gunsmiths. Other photos show some equipment from the Allied airdrops - British PIAT anti-tank launchers and Sten submachine guns, which augmented the insurgents' relatively poor arsenal. A series of photographs by Eugeniusz Lokajski documents the disposal of an unexploded German heavy mortar shell that penetrated through the floor of Adria Café. The high explosives recovered from the shell were later used to fill insurgent grenades. There are also some typical souvenir snapshots, for which the soldiers would eagerly pose with their weapons. In them, you can see details of various types of pistols, rifles and grenades.
