Many generations onboard! We cooperate with people of different age and different interests. Among us there are schoolkids, students, full-time professionals and retired persons. Those who are fascinated with history and culture as well as those who want to meet the last witnesses of the past. We value open-mindedness and diversity.

All volunteers hava a chance to participate in our training (Education & Development), workshops, study tours and other projects offered by our Volunteer Centre.
For those who love history and meeting new people and want to:
- provide assistance to visitors inside the Museum and in our 3D theatre
- master interpersonal skills while communicating with the visitors
- learn more about the Warsaw Rising (we offer training to become a guide-volunteer)
- develop language skills when assisting foreign visitors
For those who like working with the little ones and want to:
- help explain the history of the Warsaw Rising to the young generations while being on duty at ‘the Room of the Little Insurgent’
- develop their creativity and organizational skills in the Education Department
- take part in the workshops organized during weekends due to important events, anniversaries and holidays
- support us in urban games, projects and educational events
For those who want to:
- meet participants of the Warsaw Rising during different events organized by the Warsaw Rising Museum
- assist Veterans during official commemorations
- support our ‘Information Centre’ during official commemorations in July/August
- take part in the projects when we closely aid the Veterans
For those who are passionate about history and want to:
- interview families of our Veterans (The Roots of Memory Project)
- join the activities of our social committee (Save the Graves of the Warsaw Rising Soldiers/Ratujmy Groby Powstańcze)
- take photographs and develop our internet base of the Veterans’ graves
- support the project of the Jamboree that is organized every year for the anniversary of the Rising in July/August
- engage in the project ‘Freedom Unites’ on August, 1 at 5 pm when we stay on guard next to the Warsaw Rising memorials scattered around Warsaw
- work for our Iconography Department and develop our Digital Resources
For those who are interested in music, theatre, exhibitions and want to:
- support us in cultural events (concerts, performances, festivals)
- take part in preparations of the cultural events that accompany every anniversary of the Rising
- engage in the activities around our summer café ‘Pokój na Lato"
For those who are fascinated with new media and want to:
- join our activities on the Internet and in our social media
- help our PR Manager in the time of Warsaw Rising Commemorations
- support our promotional projects and events
